Very much! Using Google Drive a lot with my intern

When the pandemic shutdown first happened, my MSW intern at the time used Google Docs to send me process recordings and to do the remote learning activities we discussed.

Microsoft teams is great!! You can even set it up for an on-going blog page which we have created for our interns...

Our agency uses the Google Suite, Slack and Podio.

we moved to an essential duty team to rotate teams in and off site. so lot's of different shift schedules. we learned how to schedule "shifts" in MS teams so everyone can see each other's scheduling and work sites you're assigned to. MS Teams does so much!

Doodle Calendar function has changed my life for booking one-on-one meetings (no more back and forth). Scheduling a group meeting is more challenging - have you found a way to do that with Calendly?

Calendly is a wonderful scheduling tool that we use too.

It's worth mentioning that Zoom will soon require passwords and waiting rooms for all meetings. If you have recurring meetings set up without those security features you may want to check into adding them.

I'll mention our university disallowed the zoom outlook integration bc of privacy issues- your agency controls which add-ins are allowed or not.

I like to use different calendars (google for personal, MS Outlook for work - b/c that's what my agency uses). I need separation b/t work and home.
