I have observed several meetings of Federal Council and of its committees. Our councillors have a huge workload in restructuring the party, setting the rules for the next leadership campaign, learning lessons from the 2021 campaign, and much more. I am impressed by how hard they are working. Thank you all!!!

I so hope the party will truly have a social justice peace based platform that rejects militari$m and Canada’s role as an appendage of American Empire. Canada out of NATO.

I believe that the electorate considered the Green Party as extreme left and having set impossible policies. Ideals are great, they are the ideal but many voters seemed to have the impression that we were stuck with only supporting impossible extremes and not supporting the possible. It would be nice to be seen as realistic and fiscally responsible party putting the core values first. Supporting local and so green that seven year olds understand what we are about.

After listening through excruciating lands trust committee meetings in my local area via Zoom, I thought this meeting would be a slog to listen to. This is giving me a lot of positive feelings for the future of the GPC in Canada. I hope the country finds trust in us again.

I like the idea of holding true to our core values and build resiliency from undemocratic behaviours by becoming more democratic in our internal organizing. Any ideas about grassroots organizing, decentralization and organizing in our local communities?
