Hi Doris, Thank you very much for your great question! Yes, as you mentioned, we do try to keep our DDD systems very centralized and streamlined. We call it decentralized because the goal of DDD is to decentralize HIV services for clients.

today I went for refill, I asked for Blood pressure and blood sugar test. I was told he Doctor will only require it based on my history. cant on get cardio and blood sugar issues even if history doesn't show its possibility
