We are running out of disinfectant wipes with no ETA of when we can get more
We are good to go!
WE are low on disinfectant wipes too
We were told May 15th today
Concerned about MDI
We are being told that there will possibly be an 8 week delay before any more PPE get to us, I think we will be fine until then, however we do not have any more N95 masks
i am on the phone??
Jennifer for Orchid Health - we are starting so see some of the supplies we have been waiting for come through. We are currently doing OK. The Items we are worried about is gloves and masks. but we have enough for a couple of weeks.
Low on gowns at Strawberry Wilderness Community Clinic. Marcy Wasiluk
We are using liquid cleaner and paper towels for night and any cleaning that we don't need the space immediately.
With mandatory temp monitoring of employees/visitors, down to 7 days of temp covers with back orders and no guarantee of delivery. Isolation gowns low, looking at 'reuse' criteria. No peds surgical masks.
We are closely monitoring supplies and have moved mask/sanitizer centers away from all doors and have door monitors
We are extremely restricted on who we can test due to not having a good supply of testing supplies
Orchid Health. We are finding that it is taking around 12 days to get results. Quest lab has been overwhelmed with testing. They have said that they are prioritizing hospitals which is appropriate. We are making sure to only test people that are appropriate.
Because of limited testing supplies and not knowing when we are getting more we are testing Priority Level 1 patients at this time. We are sending patients to our Urgent Care to be tested.
MCMC Family Medicine is still testing in clinic, we also have drive through
Orchid Health - yes we are only bringing people in to the clinic in the afternoon.
we are not doing testing in clinic or urgent care
We do occasionally, depends on symptoms and criteria.
we are doing testing in our clinic if we already have the patient in a room in clinic. our lab comes to us. small campus here.

We are inside a CAH and would like scripting around if the hospital overflows with patients and needs to use clinic space for beds
We are currently doing mobile clinics in the care homes, elderly communities and community granges in rural farm areas
The Office of Rural Health is working on sharing Telehealth information. Please refer to our website for the latest policy changes: https://www.ohsu.edu/oregon-office-of-rural-health/orh-covid-19-resources-rural-health

Our school district is providing child care
We are working with our local school district who is helping providing child care
Yes providers can perform telehealth from home.
Can they do retroactive billing once they are added to their home address is on the 855?
Are other RHC providers giving care from home?
you would not use a home address
It is my understanding we do not need to change locations during this time.
We’ll get back to you with an answer.
when telehealth is done it is based on the billing ID
we have been told by our compliance guru that we can do telehealth; but the payment will not be our RHC rate
