58:26
Quick feedback on the Pay Check SBA program. At this point the banks seem overwhelmed and do not seem to have a process in place to take applications. I went to my US Bank branch the branches are not able to take applications. You have to go through a central office. They of course are a bottleneck at this point.

01:11:14
One issue on foreclosures is that the banks and loan servicers might ask homeowners to sign "forbearance" agreements. Homeowners need to be very careful and ask a knowledgeable family member or lawyer to look at those before you sign them. These agreements can be a trap that as Mercedes suggests. Allison, the virus that causes COVID-19 is thought to spread mainly from person to person, mainly through respiratory droplets produced when an infected person coughs or sneezes. These droplets can land on mouths or noses of people who are nearby or possibly be inhaled into the Lungs. Spread is more likely when people are in close contact with one another. (From CDC) Whether indoors or outdoors, the virus can be transmitted.

Yes - people can get COVID-19 in the outdoors - to add to Nathan -- what we observed in the recreation sites -- people did not follow the guidelines in the outdoors - touching things, lack of social distancing, exceeding recommended group sizes.
