What is happening with access to antibody testing - testing that will tell us if someone has already has COVID-19? Will that be available in the U.S.? Oregon?
What do you think the odds are for a 4th stimulus Bill?
For details and resources, please check out Senator Wyden's website: https://www.wyden.senate.gov/covid-19-economic-resources
I am working and running a site where staff are in the front line with children of medical providers - they are asking me about hazard pay for child care workers?
Let’s remind people that yesterday was Census Day. A complete count is more important than ever. Please let your constituents know that they can fill the census online. In addition, the 2020 Census is still hiring! You can fill out the survey and apply at 2020census.gov
Is anyone working on a heat map of confirmed cases broken down by zip codes in Oregon??
How do government and special districts fit into employee retainment benefits especially for parttime employee.
what was the question?
I did not hear it completely either...
Lisa, the question was What do you think the odds are for a 4th stimulus Bill?
The question is about the odds of a 4th stimulus package.
Love vote by mail!
Vote by mail must happen!
too bad so many people have already been laid off I guess they wouldn’t be able to benefit from this future possible policy
Don't forget non-profits make up more than 10% of the US workforce while caring for the people most in needed and maintain the safety net
pay check protection also apply to employers that have kept 1,600 employees on payroll
What type of federal guidance is needed to get these programs going?
Scannellaw Envy 01
Quick feedback on the Pay Check SBA program. At this point the banks seem overwhelmed and do not seem to have a process in place to take applications. I went to my US Bank branch the branches are not able to take applications. You have to go through a central office. They of course are a bottleneck at this point.
Will stimulus checks be subject to liens? (for collectible debts (unpaid rent, utils, etc)
What about protections for people with disabilities? also what about the homeless - what’s the plan to prevent the spread amongst the homeless?
What about support for rural communities?

For Chris: Do hotels get additional support/staff to care for individuals in need?
Where can we find those lists?
Jay McRostie, Gresham law office and MHCC instructor
Will there be a scaled up rent assistance to match the eviction moratorium so that low-income people are just put into debt they can't pay back?
Scannellaw Envy 01
One issue on foreclosures is that the banks and loan servicers might ask homeowners to sign "forbearance" agreements. Homeowners need to be very careful and ask a knowledgeable family member or lawyer to look at those before you sign them. These agreements can be a trap that as Mercedes suggests. How many of the County Clinics are Open; how many people are they seeing each day with Covid 19? Does staff have what they need to stay safe?
And what about Correction Health? What is happening inside the jails relative to staff and prisoner safety?

how can we get case count info for neighboring counties..for a regional sense of scope/impact?
with our mental health clients... are we expecting a spike in mental health needs or emergencies the longer this limited social interaction or lack of ability to see their providers continues?
Has Mutnomah county considered using smart thermometers to aid its testing? https://healthweather.us/?mode=Atypical

i wish we could get an answer in the mental health issue we know suicide calls have gone way up for police
Lisa - we will add a response to that in our summary
I want to express gratitude to Deputy Graziano and others. They are great.
What is the status of Citizen Patrol services? - the volunteers?
How are you protecting the people living in the corrections institutions?
We are thrilled that the Gorge has closed
And there are Corbett Citizens that are here to help. How can we let you know that we are available?
It goes go show that the gorge specifically is crucial to the mental health and wellness of many thousands of people which is interesting
could you clear up a local question - are people w/ proper permits allowed to fish/hunt?
Please continue to post questions - we will route them to presenters and follow up with a meeting summary. If you aren’t on social media, you can be added to our mailing list by contacting District4@multco.us
so i want to be sure--people CAN get the virus being outdoors or not?
Covid 19 and the Fire we had point out the critical management and protection of the Scenic Area. The Gorge Commission needs funding and the local municipalities need to FUND and STAFF the rural parts of the County
101 Ways to Bring the Outdoors In: I love this. Thank you.
And there are citizens that are willing to help
Allison, the virus that causes COVID-19 is thought to spread mainly from person to person, mainly through respiratory droplets produced when an infected person coughs or sneezes. These droplets can land on mouths or noses of people who are nearby or possibly be inhaled into the Lungs. Spread is more likely when people are in close contact with one another. (From CDC) Whether indoors or outdoors, the virus can be transmitted.
is there any plan for unemployed undocumented people?
How are you providing extra assistance to foster care providers - with kids being home all day?
Please keep posting questions and we will forward them to the presenters to produce a post-meeting summary.
Yes - people can get COVID-19 in the outdoors - to add to Nathan -- what we observed in the recreation sites -- people did not follow the guidelines in the outdoors - touching things, lack of social distancing, exceeding recommended group sizes.
I am salon owner in Fairview and our industry has been very hard hit. what are some of the things done for our industry

How can community-based organizations access funds? Do they contact WorkSystems directly?
Are they working with FreeGeeks?
Great turnaround Andrew!
My question about FreeGeeks has to do with his comment about purchasing computers
For communities like Corbett that are unincorporated, how will you connect with our community needs in this regard?
Hi Sara et al,
You can access the CBO Layoff Aversion fund at www.worksystems.org/Lay-off-aversion
Do the SNAP 50/50 benefits reach to Clark County
how can local farms & agribusiness entities help with/ get involved with snap 50/50 demand surge?
Are there opportunities to connect rural, agricultural CSAs and Farmers Markets to both support these small business and as well, provide food to the needy? Does this fit within your mission?
We are partnering with Comcast and also involved with a City of PDX Digital Divide subcommittee which includes Free Geek as well as PPS who are distributing many computers.
DACA moms recipients are elegible?
In response to small farmers and other partnerships Oregon State University Extension in the Portland Metro area is working to address and partner on some of these issues: https://extension.oregonstate.edu/community-vitality/coronavirus
This has been very informative and useful. Thank you. Jay McRostie.
What’s going on with the businesses within Troutdale, in particular the historic stip along the Historic Highway?
Speaking of permits, what is the status of MC Land Use and Transportation and Compliance issues.
Hi Sara, several of the restaurants along the Historic Hwy are offering delivery/takeout. Other non-essential businesses are closed. A list of dining options can be found here:https://www.troutdaleoregon.gov/executive/page/troutdale-restaurant-list
What is Metro doing for employees that have been laid off?
I have been to Metro South twice in the past week to recycle. They are still going to remain open, right?
Listening to Ms. Burditt earlier closing the Columbia gorge areas because people aren't adhering to the recommendations of social distancing - why wouldn't METRO do the same?
Hi all, thanks for having us join! I have to hop off, but please feel free to email me: email@example.com
Grace, thank you so much for joining us. And please express our gratitude to Senator Wyden.
I believe Metro is creating a potential mess by not having bathroom open with parks. Shut down both like Gorge.
And unincorporated areas??? What %?
