I will just write my question here: How do you conserve mass during aggregation and clustering? I have faced issues in my particle aggregation before but then there was momentum to conserve..
Nice talk, Chiara. I was wondering if you have tested the prediction of MMP-secretion on cluster size. Can you modulate that experimentally?
Also I was curious if the same set of equations could also lead to the formation of a primitive vascular network from the endothelial aggregates
