I'm new to this so I apologize if this is a dumb question, but can you speak to what constitutes an "event?" Is it an issue of number of attendees (large vs small)? Is an artist talk or exhibition opening considered an "event," or is it more like our Art Fair on the Square?

Will the data collection stop after receiving 800 surveys?

Do you have a short talking points we could use at the beginning of the event that gives a quick overview and a call to action?

The grant that we received from Dane Arts at the library is for arts programming for elementary school children. How do you recommend gathering data in this case?

We are a participating theatre company of the Bartell. I assume it would be ok to share this information with other PTCs at the Bartell?

Is this only intended for in-person events, or do virtual events apply as well?

We are live streaming our GRC showcases so it might be interesting to see if people are donating to us b/c of their virtual attendance
