To account for genetic/phenotypic heterogeneity, is the plan to have subpopulations of cancer cells with varied parameters? Is radiotherapy-induced switching also a possibility to include there?

The diffusion blocking due to tumor/vascular interactions has proportional relationship but if the idea is that cell types can’t move through one another - what about normal tissue? Epithelium, Fibroblasts etc?
