What criteria do you use to associate a rural area with an urbanized area as opposed to it being just rural?

Hello Ms. Erika, I'm Caleb Lenox (a researcher that works with Dr. Siegrist). This may be answered later in his presentation with Rura; vs urban.

Rural is ordinarily town less than 50,000 not in the footprint of a large city. Since Enterprise is the only rural town between 25K and 50K, practically rural is a town < 25,000 not near a town. Shoals is an exception taken together the quad cities are called an "urbanized cluster".
