I just had one of my team members tell me she's so tired this morning and doesn't understand why given she's no longer comuting. So i'm glad you addressed this.

I've learnt a new word today! "Virtual exhaustion" :) I can relate

Great insight Susan. I think this will definitely create urgency around the capability of everyone including Directors to engage virtually and hopefully that will mean as a corollary increased digitisation. We may need the legal framework to catch-up in some circumstances.
