When you use Payoneer/ Worldfirst etc. do you still transfer the USD amount to your USD DBS account or another solution

For me I use worldfirst to convert into SGD and deposit into my SGD account

Are these bank accounts able to receive money from other corporates or individuals?

Payoneer’s standard rates are the highest, but it’s the lowest of the 3 for conversions for me as they have given me a preferential rate. But even though they are the lowest for me, I am mainly using WF and TW because they integrate with my accounts (XERO) while Payoneer doesn’t yet.

Is there a way to get a US$ credit/debit card from any of these platforms?

Most Chinese suppliers have bank account with Singapore address but in USD currency. To use TW and WF to pay in USD, it is considered out of USA and incur additional international charges. Is there any way to overcome this to avoid additional international charges?
