42:07
Hi Bruce, could you put your question into the Q&A just in case we miss it later in the chat :-)

43:26
We have seen culture of organisation change, rpaidly in the last couple of decades, specifically of the military. How have ERGs lead to that change and where is the balance between lobbying and not being obstructive to the organisation?

43:44
So proud to work for RS/Electro. Even more proud of Preston, Jess and Emily! :)

55:44
Hi people there. One of my gay friends based on Tunisia had been a subject of harassment. He is an independent entrepreneur. His mother suspected about his sexual orientation, she told his father and sister, the all tried to kill him. traumatized he barely came back to work.

58:01
I was on a call yesterday within the NHS, who linked up with the Samaritans. They had a specific mental health line for NHS workers whose mental health has been affected, theyâve had 3627 calls, and a further 2093 calls direct to the main Samaritan helpline from people who informed they worked for the NHS.

01:01:47
Make sure you pop your questions in the Q&A and we will try answer them all :)

01:06:00
Realised I shared the Electro Keep Connected site to panellists only not attendees! #boomer :) It can be reached on www.keepconnectedec.com

It's also a lot of work and responsibility for one or two people.

01:16:28
Thanks for your question response :) Very helpful! Will definitely reach out for help.

01:16:46
= support is really important for that small number of people. Make sure you have support around you.

01:17:37
If itâd be of any help, an article I wrote re energising/ setting up networks in these surreal times https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/staying-relevant-becoming-more-inclusive-via-bame-employee-aurora/

01:17:54
If you work in a small organisation, look to join sector wide networks, or to join forces with other protected (and non-protected) characteristics)- having a diversity network can be just as productive for small organisations.

01:18:40
Thanks for the response Neil. It's reassuring that we're not alone with these issues. #KeepOnFighting!

01:19:59
