Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) Minimum Service Package (MSP) - This is a resource for program directors, implementers, coordinators, and technical advisors for designing and coordinating comprehensive MHPSS programs. Ensuring Quality in Psychological Support (EQUIP) Platform - This is a free WHO/Unicef platform that any trainers, supervisors or program directors can access to evaluate the skills of people providing mental health and psychosocial support services. This is helpful for a 'do no harm' approach to make sure that people who deliver MHPSS services are helpful and not potentially harmful. This can be used when training healthcare workers in Foundational Helping Skills to build their confidence in providing psychosocial support. Tools to evaluate competency are available in Arabic, Spanish, French, Nepali, and other languages.

WHO World Mental Health Report 2022  - This is the recently released WHO report that provides an overview of the field, recommendations for integrated programs, key competencies needed for mental health services, and exemplar programs around the world. IASC 4W's: Who is Where, When, doing What in Mental Health and Psychosocial Support - This PDF resource is a guideline to map existing resources. Although it is general, it could be used to map what resources are available for health care workers' mental health needs. This mapping guideline helps to prevent duplication of efforts and is important to identify resources outside of an organization to refer health workers who may be reluctant to engage with resources in their own organization because of confidentiality concerns.
