if a parent wants their child tested and the teacher said the student is doing fine in school. Grades are good and student asks questions and participates in class. Parent still wants child tested. So school still has to test?

Transition students do have to be invited and if they cannot attend there must be evidence that their preferences and interests were considered.

Did you say we can upload outside evaluations?

Yes you can upload them into the documents section of EdPlan.

If we upload the parent rights and the LNH Scholarship info as documents into the student's EdPlan, will parents be able to access them and therefore be able to sign off saying they have received them?

It does look like Documents are available in Parent Connect but I'm checking with PCG. There is an EdPlan Connect Document in EdPlan in the Documents section under the Help link.

I retract that statement. Documents are NOT currently available in EdPlan Connect.

Is a WN required to go out with the Invitation to Meeting? I have always sent a WN following meetings summarizing who was present and what decisions were made, rather than sending a WN ahead of time.
