This is also an issue with clinical group therapy when only one student is available for group that day. We still see the student but it then is an individual session not group.

To echo Karen - this is the key. As per the conversation topic earlier, we cannot be held to requirements that are not in place at the time of records being reviewed. The rule / handbooks do not currently indicate the requirement to specify group or individual modalities. The policy item, does, however, mention cost efficiency, and services provided to a group of students by a single provider are in fact more cost efficient than individual services provided to the same set of students by the same provider.
