Info as to ...what if we lay off staff and then want to rehire part time. It is a hard call to make because the parents dont even know how long their children will be home. Do we lay off? Do we cut hours? If we do, can they come back p.t.?

We are still open- shortened hours by 1/2 hour each end- has helped us to retain our full-time staff.
