I am enjoying all the at-home strength implements you have been implementing for us, but do you have any suggestions for how to work on heavier lifting at home? I miss barbells :’( And I am still so sad that I missed the Lift-Off

There are playlists on Spotify where all the songs are the same BPM...This can be a really good tool for long runs to maintain a good cadence over time and breathing pattern too!

I love doing an audio book on my runs! I ramp the talking speed to like 1.2 or 1.25 and find a book I’m super excited to read .. just finished IT by Stephen King .. got really speedy by the end of that mountain of a book!

one super easy meal prep thing I do is to make a bunch of marinades in ziplock freezer bags and buy a bunch of meat and just throw it into the bag - so easy when you're in a hurry and very low effort when it's time for dinner

Another tip is that you can do pickup orders at some Walmarts so you order the food and schedule a time to pick it up in the parking lot. They bring it outside to you so you don’t have to go in the store!
Leeann's iPhone
54:27
jenn great idea!!

once you book your day you can also keep adding to your cart up until the day before (at least for Walmart)
