Debt Relief Tally for my central states was pretty low, but only 3 did not respond.

Not yet all registered Reciepts have been returned, so we have a wait of 2 to 6 months ,Mortgages take the longest.

@steve, Anna has said this is a LONG process, and takes 2-6 MONTHS to process.

Are the debt payments STOPPED in the meantime?

I did send a receipt and the Notice of Payment to Capitol One and they did respond to the Notice. 3 Letters. One said we will remove you from our records. One was a copy of the Agreement and One that said we got your letter.

It has been said that when return reciepts are recieved technically they are considered paid, sign in america has a notice that pre warns creditor to back off with a law quote .David

@ allen, you might try telling the land recording office in your area that you want to RECORD family estate documents, and they are to be recorded on the LAND, and can go in the miscellaneous category.

Copy that Allan. We do have a few counties that will record. Just get in touch with any coordinator and we will help you get ‘er done.

@ David Thank you for the reply. That does help get an idea of the process. I have not seen a flow chart on exactly how this process works. Because as you can imagine 2-6 months is an eternity to be in suspense and in limbo essentially. But now that you say a letter of intent or cease collection or whatever, is sent to debt holders, that makes sense.

I have a question regarding my BC because they said they gave me the long form but it does not have any of the signatures of which my one from the hospital has or the one the state of Wisconsin had in 1960. The Vital records office said they had nothing regarding the doctors but if I had my early one from 1960 to bring it in so they can make the corrections. So am I to do that?

Michael, the long form has the seal of the state or county and is on banknote paper, with a blueish border. you need a certified copy of that usually

Michael, can't hurt to take what you have in for them to compare - you might learn something cool

John , My BC has the state seal and the is on banknote paper 9" x 11" and has watermark but it does not have the signatures of the doctor or my mother or the original registars signature. I have a copy of the one from Dec. 1960 and they show on my new BC the filing date as 11-22-1960 when the first one shows that is the date it was received and the actual filing date was 12-8-1960.

So how doe’s one become a state coordenator? I would like to become one Thank you.

Micheal, you need to go to Madison to get the long form, counties have not been issuing them.

When you Register anything, you LOSE title and control over it.

To become a coordinator you must file the paperwork outlined in Article 928. You can find this on anna’s website or the American States Assembly site. The rest is a commitment on your part!

From Terri...Clark Co. NV has refused to record my documents...I am awaiting a letter from them explaining why...Does Nevada have a co-ord yet?

Yes Terri but the only thing they did is have a sheriff visit one guy to see if he was a part of a cult and then after they spoke with him they left... no issues.

So the way I understand this, the reconveyance and assumed name and all the other applicable documents can be certified copies and then one can have the original signed and notarized ones sent registered mail and then put them in a fireproof safe place without actually having to record them.

Yavapai Arizona has raised the recording price to be unusable. Recording inYavapai will cost $240 to $280 or more.

Apache County Arizona still files. They did raise the rates to triple effective July 1, 2019.

Michael, I don't think the registration date on your COLB matters - go in and ask them about it if you like. What is important is the seals on backnote paper. usually you get a state file number that is same on all your COLBs and each colb gets a unique number (banknote number aka CUSIP number)
