@Amina. Hii huenda ikaleta confusion lakini dhana kwamba Vitamins (including Vitamin C) zinazuia mafua (common cold) ni myth. Sio kweli. Hata hivyo ni kweli kuwa Vitamins zinasaidia kuimarisha immunity in general kwa hivyo kutumia na kuwapa watoto supplements itasaidia kwa njia hiyo lakini sio specific against Covid-19
