Does high school GPA affect eligibility (assuming the child has the grades and credits to graduate)? Does the “5th Year” at OCC for PTECH programs exhaust a year of Say Yes or is the cost of that covered under a separate program?

Are students eligible for tuition assistance and the extra grant?
