It says to list all students- all that had comp ed or ALL

10:33
Where can we put costs from mediated settlements

11:07
how do we note future services we will be providing?

11:08
What documentation is going to be asked for

11:21
Yes I have a few- don’t go…

11:26
Thank you

12:16
Do we see any money coming our way after the 1st

12:23
When to funds are given- what documentation will be needed? The directions says documentation will be needed

12:30
Once money is allocated, will the DOE ask for further documentation (e.g time cards, progress

12:35
The first of the year

13:49
Would that be the WPN? does it have to be in the IEP?

14:18
If we provided ESY services without it having been recommended in the Iep, can we put those services in?

14:37
To follow up Esther’s questions, has any thought been given to the costs districts experienced to comply with Executive Order 64 (or 48)? For example, transportation costs are substantial for inperson

14:51
Why do you need % for students coming in, remote etc.? The questions at the top of the spreadsheet?

15:10
We provided them because the commissioner and governor told us to offer them.

15:37
If we have to switch to remote for a period of time due to confirmed COVID, will we need to provide comp ed services for that time period (if students have been in person)?

15:53
If a parent requests 1:1 services due to COVID concerns versus the team recommending - can this be included in the document

16:07
I see the real financial problems to hit us in March!

16:31
You skipped my explanation. Please see above

17:08
Thank you :)

17:48
if a period of time in the future occurs where we go remote, after the 11/15 deadline for this submission, will that require another period for comp ed submission? Or is this ONLY for the period between March and June?

18:30
Are many schools closing for December and the first part of January?

19:40
If we go to remote in January for a period of time, and a student experiences regression, those won't be resolved thru comp ed?

20:36
How will the value of the services be determined? Some of our costs are higher due to contracting the services

20:36
Esther, We have started talking about it. Sent a survey to staff to see who/how many are traveling and needing to quarantine

21:00
Rochester school board will see out proposal this evening for a vote.

21:29
Newmarket School Board meeting tonight and will hear the info for remote after vacation weeks

21:34
We have sent a survey to families and staff also. The board is considering a temporary closure but has not made this decision yet.

21:49
I think you may have missed my last question

22:08
Thanks:)

23:18
Not related question-the state board met this week to begin discussing the charter school rules revisions- I know there is a second meeting planned for spec ed discussion- will you be seeking input from anyone for this?

23:28
I believe it is in November this meeting

23:32
Just to be clear, if we are using IDEA funds to compensate the providers of such service, and we receive Medicaid dollars, we cannot receive compensatory service dollars? Is that correct?

23:56
sorry and/or receive Medicaid dollars for the service......

23:59
Thanks- I think it is tentatively scheduled for the 17th

23:59
From March to June, not many districts provided onsite services, despite the availability and encouragement from the Commissioner for that to occur. Is the trend similar now, in regard to EO 64? or are districts tending to provide onsite services, when/if a district transitions to remote? Just trying to get a sense of other districts' direction.

24:07
Thank you everyone, it seems we are looking at it. I hope the state can be pro-active with funding and help us out this spring.

24:39
Thank you.

24:45
Thanks so much.

25:48
SAU 51 will more than likely continue with on-site services in the case of going remote, for those students that truly need it

26:35
it all depends on staffing available

26:54
It also depends on community spread

28:10
Have a great rest of your week and weekend!

28:40
Thanks, Becky. Have a good weekend.

28:45
Thank you for spreading “good news” too Becky ~ There is a lot of good happening!

28:49
Thanks so much- have a great weekend.
