A Question from registration:Pros and cons of Teams for customer collaboration vs iManage Share

Do you see Teams overtaking Outlook as the primary communication tool, or will we never leave Outlook entirely? How will Teams and Outlook co-exist in future?

Two questions: Most firms have a client inception system, be that their finance system or a vendor offering, are you able to connect to finance systems to automatically provision workspaces and avoid duplication of data and effort ? Secondly, our experience is that Teams has cpu and memory requirements that need considering, has that been a challenge ?

Steve - in addition to what Shane said, the provisioning you saw (Atlas ConneX) has a full API that allows you to do everything you saw in UI and more from Line of Business.....
Gabriel Karawani
01:17:55
The business templates you saw - can be leveraged from the API as well.

So basically you can go to town with business processes, workflows, forms, approvals etc.
