The SURF busway should REMAIN on the railway easement and MERGE into California AVE/Fremont interchange, NOT redirected next to MBSR into Hwy 1 onramp (new roundabout).KEEP it on the railway.Less disturbance, better planning and opportunity to improveLevel of Service at the Calif/Fremont interchange.
