25:42
Applying for the 2nd round of the PPP loan do you have to include your grants that you received in the revenue quarter you are using as a sole proprietor?

26:10
Yvette...work with YOUR banker and payroll company.

26:42
During the first round forgiveness my bank has been horrible :(

26:59
I opened July 2020-, but my bank states its not when I was licensed but when did I get my Secretary of State letter officiated wheich was in 2019

28:53
We had been operating as an in home childcare business and did not have an EIN (employer identification number). We expanded the business after the lockdowns to to a primarily outdoor preschool/childcare still out of our home. Just curious if this business change would be considered a ‘new business’ and disqualify us?

30:32
For loan to be considered necessary, do they ask for financials or bank statements?

30:52
Brian Blessing you can use your ss #. I have EIN, however they wanted my ss #

31:53
Thank you Aneesa

31:57
Can it be what the payroll company charges a company

32:02
Hi BRIAN BLESSING , I am a home childcare also , what state are u in ??

32:04
Do we have to apply through the same lender that we worked with last year? The big bank will likely get their funding well after the small lenders.

32:10
will we get a copy off all the slides?

32:33
I started my business in 2019 and hardly made any income in 2019. I had no payroll costs in 2019 and hence did not apply for the 1st draw PPP Loan >>>>> For 2020 however, my income increased (compared to 2019) and also had payroll costs from August to December>>>>> my question is, can I apply for the PPP loan?

32:58
Does the owner self-pay amount can be included in the "Payroll Cost" calculation?

34:48
Is PPP different from the CARES Act money?

35:10
@Olga....I believe you will qualify for 1st draw. That loan is based on full/part time employees, etc. Check with the lender. All they can say is no! the 2nd draw is the one that has the requirement of a 25% reduction in revenues.

35:38
Thank you!

35:48
My bank still hasn’t opened up their process (its a regional bank - Umpqua). Is there value in waiting to complete the loan with the bank I have a relationship with, or should I just try to go through PayPal or someone like that?

36:05
is the 2nd draw application available now?

36:44
what happens if someone resigns during the course? So they choose to leave due to another job, etc?

37:01
Can you increase wages and still get forgiveness?

37:13
For us, personally, staying with our bank even though they tend to run behind others, is that they have quick access to our banking docs to justify loan forgiveness. Also, I can put a face with customer service and get more personalized service.

37:58
if someone I son long term disability but didn't work and suddenly comes back will she count as an employye during the time she didn't work?

40:31
@gertrude...not sure what you are asking...you are wondering if increasing wages takes the place of FTE for loan forgiveness (first draw), is that what you are asking? I would go online and grab that SBA forgiveness form for reference and then check with your lender.

40:48
Back and forth with the banker

43:59
due to covid the census was reduced. the employees are not making the $15/hr. minimum wage that lobbist are trying to bring about. It would also be a hazard type pay for those frontline workers.

46:00
