1) employers whom are hiring should work closely with micro credentials stakeholders in universities to state out the micro credential skills required by the job roles and the candidates (especially graduates) whom can be upskilled and reskilled via the micro credentials in universities as part of the employers’ onboarding program that candidates to be hired can deliver employers’ expectations in a more industry and motivated to learn on the job manner as employability is upmost important? (2) Also, should micro credentials in universities be vendor neutral?
