If the government has ordered a shutdown, and the majority of our income is derived from external operations/ performance of work in a space that has limited or "high-risk access", does that gray area render us "unemployed"?
Lindsay Schmittle

I second Nicholas’s question… I’m able to fulfill online orders from home with existing product, but I am kicked out of my studio and cannot use my production presses to fulfill custom client orders or make any new product. I guess I’m not 100% unemployed but nearly there… do I qualify for the new unemployment with the stimulus?

What about people who create kits for home schooling- like clay kits. Would that be allowed?
Renee Suhr

Is it implied or not stated at all whether we should be sending “non-essential” items via shipping? I’m having some misgivings about sending craft items through delivery companies, which is currently forcing their workers to keep working through sickness.

Would owners salaries qualify the SBA disaster loan payroll forgiveness or would it only be employees payroll liabilities?
Nicholas Volpe

Will we be having another session to cover changes?

Im a US citizen, touring artist/speaker represented by a canadian agency that negotiates work/fees for me on a rolling basis. There were no current contracts that have been cancelled, but they were working on future bookings for me for 2020. There is no way to know when these could begin again. Is there a way to predict lost income / does a letter from my agent predicting lost income count for anything? how would this count as unemployed?
Adam Kenney
01:02:11
Yes, we will have more sessions.
Katie Johnson
01:02:17
