Sandy Cokeley
35:00
NJSPRA programs are all included in our membership dues so we did not change dues this year but migrated from three full day sessions to monthly one hour virtual sessions. Membership is down slightly but we typically pick up a few during second semester so may land close to where we were next year.
Rebecca Villarreal

In MO we've had statewide sessions on equity and inclusion from Daniel Thigpen in California, social media tactics from Andrea Gribble in Wisconsin among others - so we'd LOVE to have sessions with experts from around the country.
Joshua Sauer
41:20
OKSPRA developed a strategic plan. MOSPRA has a solid strategic plan and we used it as a model.
Rebecca Villarreal
41:29
In Texas we have offered 16 online sessions in the fall with a mixture of lunch and learn models. We used last year’s presenters from the conference to start off our topic selection. This fall we had 2 paid session on social media & marketing; 12 free session on - wellness, legal, Facebook Live, New member orientation, community partnerships, APR/CPC/Masters degree info; iPhone photography; book study; and 2 vendor sessions that presented on their own topic and product.

NJSPRA took advantage of virtual sessions to access some of our national leaders and experts and are thrilled to have Lesley Bruinton, APR, Susan Enfleld and our Michigan SPRA colleagues on our lineup this spring. Would not have been possible for us to host all three being a smaller chapter.

Our district is also focusing on filling the buckets of our "bucket-fillers" (e.g. those who have staff that report to them, like principals, dept. heads, etc.) We have delivered donuts on their desk, a take & bake pizza, Chick-fi-A lunch, etc. We have a catchy card "You're a slice of sensational" for the pizza, "thank you for bringing your Chick-fil-A game", etc. This has gone over well also.
Sharifah Sims-Williams
01:07:07
We had a drop district wide, 3200 to 2800
