Will the recording have better audio than the live version?

Last week you mentioned the transition to online learning as an opportunity for PD. With re-certifications looming, how much flexibility do we have to attribute hours/ activities to our teachers? Any guidance?

If we go to a state-wide shutdown (shelter in place), does that prohibit travel for faculty to-and from schools to access internet, technology and supplies?

We are not fully (or even half) 1:1. If this continues, and we are not permitted to have staff in, we will need to close. Is there a contingency for schools in our position?

Teachers and families need to be prepared if the remote learning plan is to be extended beyond April 3rd. When would a decision be made?

If we are restricted to shelter in place, what does this do for food distribution for our students?

It is causing teachers and students angst and worry thinking they are going to have to take the NHSAS soon. The sooner we can alleviate those concerns the better.

Are we still following the special ed timelines in regards to IEPs, tri-annuals evaluations. Also any conversations in regards to ESY planning, should we be planning for ESY in IEPs now?

Is there a definition anywhere of what Essential Personnel would be for a school district?

You should know and understand that the teachers are concerned about the state wide assessments. The sooner you can give them a piece of mind would be helpful.

Does the DoE have any idea how many residential programs are still in session? Any new guidance for those of us who fall into that category?

New York state has a very good list of essential employees that we could adapt...

It would be helpful to have Becky’s Guidance on how to support paying for “spots” in residential, or out of district placements (we are still paying for these) and also now this guidance to find additional funds to provide a replicate of this program in-district/at home with private providers…..most of us do not have the fiscal ability to do this. Many of our students from residential are now home.

I looked for the governor’s letter about field trips being cancelled and found the one from Frank. Is there actually a letter from the governor or is that it?

I am wondering where the waiver for video recording can be found on the web site. Can you post the link? I was not able to find it on the NH DOE site.
