Getting a massive amount of echo feedback…
All fine on my end....
I will wait to see if there is any more feedback - did that help muting Nick T?
Seems to have helped, will monitor
Still a bit there, I think it’s Nick G’s system…
Dropped out and reconnected, seems to have helped.
Is bright line on all properties or only ones bought after date?
That tax calc prob doesn't take into account rising interst rates
Feel free to ask questions and we will answer them shortly.
Hi Shula, the new brightline of 10 years only applies to properties bought after 27 March.
And you're right, the tax calculation is based on today's interest rates, we agree that the market is now more vulnerable to increase in interest rates now
The banks have already started applying the 40% deposit for investors, before 1 May !!! Is that right with ASB?
any prediction/discussion on the impact of investor whack-a-mole on the commercial property sector?
Nick T - do you think interest rates will increase in 2022? Most of the banks were expecting that interest rates would go sub 2% but they don't seem to be happening especially with the cheap funding programme by the Reserve bank
Excellent overview guys… thanks so much!
Thanks & have a nice day!
excellent - thank you Nick and Nick!
Thank you all. Great sesion
