What is the actual requirement or report the state wants? We are using Sapphire as our tracking tool. Do we have to upload to this tracking tool? Is the state requiring this? What do we have to track for the state and what documents do we need to keep on file?

If students are enrolled in one of our Alternative Ed programs such that their enrolled school being reported to PDE does not have a state AUN number, we use 9999 for PIMS reporting, would they be visible in this tool?

Tracking tool is totally optional.

Do you have to list each pathway that a student has met? If they have met keystones, but also earned qualifying scores or met other pathways… do we have to note that as well?

If a student attends the Career Center and earns a industry based credential and has also earned Keystone Proficiency. The system will not let me enter in the credential earned so it doesn't show the student met multiple pathways. Does this matter?

Does passing 2 keystone exams count as two pieces of evidence in the evidence-based pathway?

For evidence based pathway, is there an option to mark a non-numeric proficient? It looked like there was only an option to enter in a numeric score
