I want to watch the news and listen to people's stories about Covid or other health issues, but I usually feel myself getting anxious or TMS symptoms. @Marian: For me, minimizing watching and reading news has helped a lot. We don't need to spend a lot of time consuming news to be aware of necessary information. The news really focuses on scaring people, so keeping the consumption down helps a lot with calming our nervous systems.
