I would be interested to know how others are allocating test kits allocated to education providers.

We are prioritising front line teaching staff...

The issue is making them go home with symptoms - then can't get a test, and are not allowed to come back in to get one - do you just give them one to take with them anyway?

At Kirklees College we have been issue with 80 kits which we have distributed around our 6 sites, prioritising kits for staff in high risk areas.

You lucky thing! we got 10 for 10 sites! wont be given any more until we have used the 10 we have been aloocated

We have some allocated to individual campuses for students who may struggle to get a test; and some held centrally to send out via post or courier for staff/students who try but can't get a test. But have only just started this having received more test kits last week.

We are planning to offer these to students who we are aware may not be able to access a test for various reasons. Especially those we know will not access tests online.

Thanks David - We are already providing this information via the local authority and do not intend to report it twice. Also this goes beyond what is required by Public Health so why is it necessary for DfE?

Agree with Julian - We are also completing a daily return to Peterborough LA. Slight different to original DfE form - need to look at the detail of the new form but ideally we only want to do one submission.

My question for William (where they've obviously done a great job) is has he identified a 'silver bullet' for convincing students social distancing matters? And if so can he share it?!
