Interestingly staff feedback has been “more bullet points, less kubaya’. Janis and I spent a lot of time editing down the massive amount of information; I had individual EE interviews this past week who all want less info on a need to know basis. It is challenging to find that sweet spot of ask and backstory.
Kevin Hoult
57:56
@Elizabeth H - I think information overload is taking its toll on all of us!
Sherri Daymon

Gotcha. I assumed as much, but thought I might be learning a new word today.Running well attended large events online the past 6 weeks my read is that the emotional elements of communication need to be handled with a light touch because nobody has the RAM for additional emotional baggage--a major difference for many from pre-quarantine circumstances.

@randall ragsdale, I want to design a 4 color business phase model so staff know what policies exist in the red, yellow, green and blue phases for example; to facilitate understanding and clarity depending on what phase we are in re: the pandemic response. Clarity of information is reassuring and soothing with fear and uncertainty running so high. It also ensures that the work we do now informs structure and understanding down the road.
Janis Wolfe
01:29:10
Thank you, Sarah and Laura! CJ & Sherri, it was lovely to see your faces :-)
