Just to clarify - you can get an EIDL loan OR a PPP - not both, correct?

Could you clarify what banks that business may apply for the PPP with? Is it only SBA banks, commercial banks, or whoever the business banks with?

Also, we have been calling all the banks in our district. Everyone one of them said they can administer PPP loans. Is that true? I think some of them were not 7a lenders before. Also, some banks are saying that they can charge up to 4%, which others are saying it is .05%. Is the .05% only if you go 2 years and it can be higher if your loan terms are longer, or is it .05% regardless?

Finally, do you think we should work to establish bridge loans with our CDBG for now until stimulus monies come or are you expecting these to come quickly?

Hello- We have businesses that keep reaching out to us regarding the application form- there appears not to be one for the PPP online- is it only through a bank starting tomorrow?

If you get the 10K grant from the EIDL loan, how does that work with the PPP?

I’ve heard the EIDL advance is UP TO $10,000 so businesses could potentially only get $4,000

As its fiscal agent, our BID runs payroll for our arts district (a 50c3) . . . will that inhibit the arts district in any way in qualifying for PPP?\

If you don't have enough work for your employees- does it make any difference if they work all the hours they normally have-- and you can still pay them their regular payroll hours

I learned yesterday that employees applying for unemployment need to say they are laid off due to lack of Work for Coronavirus to get full amount

If you are a non-profit and operate affordable housing properties, sometimes with property managers by contract, can you cover those costs?

Just that people applying for regular unemployment wont get the same amount as if they reference the Coronavirus in the application to get the Federal benefits
