Autograph all Expatriations by the names typed in that Expatriation paper. So Jane Marie Doe OR Jane M. Doe, OR Jane Doe.

Autograph Cancellation of all POA by the name you are using currently. Yes that can have both names typed in that paper if you are using a married or another assumed name.

My county raised our property taxes by nearly 40% knowing a drop is coming. I asked if value dropped would taxes go down. He laughed so hard he peed himself.
