Hypothetically if an organization was engaged in a potential sell prior to COVID and negotiations have since halted. Do you have any suggestions on how to resume negotiations after this crisis without tanking the valuation of the company/purchase price? Thanks!

how can patient case loads be valued since most provider contracts have non-assignment/non-transferability clauses since the existing business is the credentialed provider and a new owner may not be guaranteed to be credentialed
