CDC Guidance "Considerations for Schools" (5/19/2020) states seating/desks at least 6 feet apart when feasible; howver, NYSDOH Guidance for In-Person Special Education Services and Instruction (6/8/2020) states seating/desks to be spaced at least six feet apart.

The guidance documents do not speak to who supplies the student's with face coverings. As currently, in school, masks are encouraged not required - the students could not be excluded from school for not wearing a mask. School Districts are required to provide face masks/coverings and other necessary PPE to its employees

Parents have the right to decline transportation and provide it themselves.

I have not seen any specific occupancy limits for school buses yet from NYSDOH or NYSED.

Are districts required to provide the coronavirus testing or do employees have to do that on their own?
