CDC Guidance "Considerations for Schools" (5/19/2020) states seating/desks at least 6 feet apart when feasible; howver, NYSDOH Guidance for In-Person Special Education Services and Instruction (6/8/2020) states seating/desks to be spaced at least six feet apart.

The guidance documents do not speak to who supplies the student's with face coverings. As currently, in school, masks are encouraged not required - the students could not be excluded from school for not wearing a mask. School Districts are required to provide face masks/coverings and other necessary PPE to its employees
