We are continuing to do LAIs in office. We are concerned about public transportation, which continues to limit routes and hours. If that shuts down, we will have a significant challenge as we do up to 500 LAIs per month. We would consider orals as a very last resort. Ideas for LAI administration out of office?

At Gateway foundation we transitioned about 300 clients from face to face IOP to tele groups and it has worked very well. The most recent trend we have been seeing has been people dropping out during the break
Has any one used Minute clinics and other pharmacies that can give them LAI ? I have used it in the past for patients that travel and has worked out for patients with Insurance.
wow, we are experiencing similar rates of no show even thought people are in their home especially for new patients--we are even doing reminder calls the day before where they say they will be available.
