We are continuing to do LAIs in office. We are concerned about public transportation, which continues to limit routes and hours. If that shuts down, we will have a significant challenge as we do up to 500 LAIs per month. We would consider orals as a very last resort. Ideas for LAI administration out of office?

Has any one used Minute clinics and other pharmacies that can give them LAI ? I have used it in the past for patients that travel and has worked out for patients with Insurance.

Heather Fretwell, if you see this, did you say that Eskenazi is doing that model with the hotel "safe recovery place"? I work for an FQHC in SE Indiana and would like to learn more about that model. Thanks!
