We applied for a DECD Recovery Bridge Loan from CT. Initially I was informed that Nonprofit agencies did not have to have a guarantor for the loan. I was notified this week that we do need a guarantor. When did this change? And, why can't we use our own assets to guarantee the loan?

Thanks Heather & Lori…that’s likely because ICF/IDs are considered a similar level of care to nursing homes…all are ICFs

On top of increased expense for Telehealth, loss of fee revenue, agencies are very strapped due to loss of revenue from foundations who may not fund their programs but are shifting to a COVID response, and because agencies are unable to host fundraising events.
