what are the fees, if any, for testing a workforce?
Michael McNally
25:19
Are the bottling trucks installing plexiglas and other protections for workers?
Kevin Green
27:15
Signature has "shower curtain" type separations between each work and station. They also require face shields, gloves and masks for everyone on the truck.
Michael McNally
27:49
Will clients be allowed (or required) to sort fruit.
Erik Kramer
27:59
Trucks (other than Signature) also reducing line speeds to allow for reduced staffing on lines.
gilles de Domingo

If a facility that has a COVID positive case...Can we do the clean, sanitize and disinfect and get right back into the building. New crew of course but same building. Should not have to close building for the 14 days?
Sofia Torres
29:53
Is it Mandatory for the crews (vineyard workers) to get tested or only if they want? I see some are scared to get tested positive or feeling anxious about what could happen to them. And some are afraid if they get tested positive cause their current migratory status could get them in trouble. I think a good open communication with crews is key to protect them and make them feel good.

At our vineyards, on 16 people who got the opportunity to get tested, 2 refused to be tested.

Penner-Ash is hoping to do a longterm VRBO for all of our interns.
Dennis Peseau
39:23
what small winery does Scott own?
Morgen - WVWA
39:47
Coeur de Terre = Scott Neal
Eugenia Keegan
40:27
Yes to a data base with excess capacity, people and winemaking assitance if winemaker or vineyard manager gets ill
Gretchen Boock
41:13
agree Eugenia, that's a great idea
Joe Ferris
41:55
Another question: How are people dealing with feeding the crew during harvest...catering, cooks, etc. Also, what will the eating space look like?
Sofia Torres
41:57
Why you don’t ask your vineyard workers to help in the winery instead of accepting international interns, at least this year. That will give jobs to vineyard crews and for them to learn and help processing the grapes they harvest.
Eugenia Keegan
43:18
We are looking at catering but delivering indivdually packaged meals. All employees have their own utensils, coffee cup, etc. that they keep to themselves (locker or take home, in the car, whatever).
Erin Gray
44:19
RE- Harvest meals- we ask out caterer to pack meals into individual Tupperware portions labeled with names.
Kevin Green
47:34
Any policies already in place on sharing of lab and testing equipment when have multiple people doing lab work?
Erin Gray
48:04
Weight tags- Are delivery drivers legally required to sign weight tags? This might lessen/eliminate contact with them.
Morgen - WVWA

Might we look to work with Leda and Salud and convert their mobile clinic to mobile testing vehicle?
Rachel Rose
59:08
If a winery and tasting room are under the same roof, will a positive in the hospitality side trigger a cellar/winery shut down ?
Eugenia Keegan
01:00:36
One of my greatest fears because DTC people are new people constantly.
Gretchen Boock
01:00:55
Anthony, good to check w/dept of weights and measures, but I believe TTB requires a signature to back label claims on weight tags. we'll need to check TTB also
Rachel Rose
