I have question for Alan: who should we reach if we want to talk about democratize the work for the "outsider" in the labour law? Especially when we talk about gig worker who is not considered as employee. Because in my country (Indonesia), the demarcation of "labour relation" and "non labour relation" is still very favoured from the gig company as well as the government.
