I took financial peace in 2007 ... life changing. we are debt-free except for the few remaining payments on a brand new car which I've never purchased in my life until I was in my mid 40s. For those that are in their 30s, this stuff really works start early and build on the small successes

Monica is spotty for me

when providing financial coaching...is there a different plan for single adult (age 40/50) households with no kids...rent home, no college fund needs - how does that change the goals from married with children households

I find doing it in pencil first really does help internalize what it is that I'm doing.
