When you say you did "livestream" please say what platform you used and what equipment you used. eg, shot with iPhone/ipad , video camera installed at church, etc.

We shot it on a ipad and livestreamed it on Facebook live. We had a number of audio problems with echo and volume and sync with video since our sound was coming from the speakers in the sanctuary

We turned off sound … kept phone camera close.

Madison - we had a lot of issues with facebook live this week, religious groups broke the internet, tons of lag and buffering - and so we precorded and will be posting it early Sundays and then still try to do a watch party at 10 as usual.

Petra...great idea!

Also, due to the stay-at-home order all parts were recorded separately and put together on Imovie
Madison Shockley
35:41
We also had lag and buffering but we thought that was our fault. We also are going to turn off the sound and use Earbuds which are being recommended to improve sound.

We also used iMovie so that we could record different parts of the worship service at our individual homes and then edit them into one video that was uploaded to our church Facebook page and website.

We had our adult Sunday school at 9 via Zoom and then when we ended our worship we went back to Zoom to Joys and Concerns where about 18 people gathered to share.
Heather Miner

What is the non Apple equivalent to iMovie? Anyone?

I've been told that the Facebook live stream can invite one other person to join a split screen (musician?).
David Perez (IUCC MYP Director)
45:19
Instagram Live allows for that, too.
Heather Miner
45:53
Can Instagram and Facebook streams accessed together?
Heather Miner
46:28
And, I've heard that Zoom can integrate with FB live. Anyone try that?
Felix Villanueva
47:40
Friends, thank you for being here. I need to leave for another meeting at 10:30 and will be disconnecting shortly.
David Perez (IUCC MYP Director)
48:04
I don’t think IG Live and FB Live can be broadcasted simultaneously from one device, but maybe if there’s another device available?
Paula Elizabeth
48:12
Thanks for putting this together, Felix. Stealing the idea was a great idea!

There are many conversations about the technology aspects on the facebook group: "Multifaith Clergy and Spiritual Communal Responses to Covid-19"Including lots of info about how to stream between different platforms - but it sounds like ALL of them were having issues on Sunday morning
David Perez (IUCC MYP Director)
48:47
Need to look into FB/Zoom integration. Hadn’t heard about that.
