Hi Michelle, my struggle is to change my response to learning and knowing that by doing small learning is just as valuable as doing large courses. It is also the struggle of when I leave work I am a mum and balancing the time to do that and explore/learn. I've previously worked full time and studied part time and didn't have space for much else. How do you make time to do small learning?

Hi Michelle, I know a guy in my team who is agressive (in my opinion) and is loved by the team for his tangible results. I went to him for advice about business acumen. However every time I go to men like this in the business. They have ranted and raved for hours about themselves. How do I build connections with these types as they are loved in the company and I know I need to have these relationships.
