We are shut down because of the stay at home order, but that is not enough to count as a government Quarantine? Please explain
Do part time employees still get 80 hours of pay, or the average number of hours they work?
What actions would the Governor or Dr. Acton need to take for a local quarantine or isolation order to be in effect?
Does the paid leave only apply starting today through the end of the year? If employees have taken time off for eligable reasons prior to today, is that time eligiable?
My employee has been home quarantined by doctor with symptoms since March 24th. Will sick leave act apply to her for month of March. Where and how do we get their pay covered? Applications?

Sick leave under Families First is from 4/1/2020-12/31/2020. Nothing prior is eligible.
If an employee lost care for their minor child prior to April 1st are we able to apply the additional sick days prior to April 1st?
If they are eligible for FMLA expansion due to lack of child care and they want to work a few hours per week remotely can they work during their FMLA sick time?
is any type of criteria documentation required of th employee to prove they meet the criteria of the items 1-6 for paid leave?

Reading some guidance I read that paid sick leave is effective as of April 4, 2020 to December 31, 2020, but I heard that it starts today. Please clarify.
for employers with less than 30 employees who have personnel on sick leave but then decide to lay off. Does the employer have to finishing paying the sick leave or the does the lay off day, start unemployment benefits?
Can a business require a doctor's note certifying "fitness for work" before allowing the employee back in the workplace that was quarantined and or had the virus?
are veterinarians an essential business?
Does the virus emergency pre-empt HIPAA privacy rules?

but there are no testing! going on
we have a few people out. they are seeking medical treatment via online. but they are told to stay home without testing unless it is considered life and death. would they still qualify for the leave?
Can you discuss which quarterly taxes are eligible for the credit? I had heard that it was Social Security taxes which are generally not paid by public employers.
