I think the larger question we need to discuss is some/most cafe's are experience based cafe's and we don't have the novelty of a drive-thru or walk by traffic as there is in downtown Vancouver, how do we shift our model to encourage more take out in situations where historically take out was minimal vs dine in

And yes, my understanding is that we will need to submit that plan to Worksafe.

Hi Jessie: the rules are that there needs to be 6ft distance from 'action areas' to customers.
at the coffee bar... there needs to be 4ft between barista and customer
make sure to get your businesses up there and everyone else check it out to support small businesses in bc
this is based on BCRFA
So we will definitely be putting some up on top of our display cases, and probably along the bar (employees are also adamant about this)
