Transforming my space into a home office has definitely been a challenge!My team is distributed, but it's not usually for this many days consecutive. For my teams with families, that seems to be the biggest transition since partners are now taking calls in a bedroom while the other takes the living room, etc..There are definitely kiddo cameos and that's just part of the change! We're rolling with it.

I've found that tech/industry recruiters have been honest about timelines but also willing to maybe flag you for a different role that has suddenly become high need in this moment
