How can I get registration ID to login

@Caroline - another speaker can take over chair duties until they are able to return. The tech can work with you live to work through any issues.

It’s easy: if someone doesn’t want their face recorded, they simply disable “Start Video” (bottom left on screen) on their side.

@Christo Lombaard - also, another suggestion for those who do not want to appear in the recorded video, they can change their name to “anonymous” or something else. Also, if they don’t speak, then their video probably won’t show up on the first page of faces - which is the only one that actually gets recorded.

Let me restate my question differently: The tech we are using will be Zoom? If so, great.

Is there any way to remove or anonymize presentations from the recording that will be “published” later on? The recorded content from some presentations may put scholars at risk in their countries of origin.

Can we limit the number of participants in an interactive session that will use the breakout room option?

We cannot, all sessions are open to all registered participants. But you can potentially create more breakout rooms if you have a large group so that each room has fewer people.

Co-chairs chair the session together! They both have the same responsibilities.
