Don’t we want to push social distancing on acreage. for example you can have a couple hundred people on 35 acres. They are all more than 6-10feet apart.

Why is it being recommended to be able to sell by the glass but not tastings in Phase I? Is the thought that more contact would be happening between staff and customers during tastings?

Has anyone found a good source for sanitizing items?
Annette Boyd
56:22
Check with your local distilleries...
Scott
56:24
there are a lot of comments about being able to use glass glasses and sanitize them - so Laurie plese don't take that as a done deal - the group needs to take the input and further consider that. Lots of plastic not good say many

Delivery question. If a Loudoun County winery with VA ABC delivery permit delivers outside the county do we have to pay that other county taxes and have a business license for that other county? Hoping to expand delivery area and the accountant is concerned out the legality.
Scott
59:51
Laurie - I'd expect gloves for employees for sure - disposables so you reset after pick ups and clean ups … including getting glasses to the dishwashing racks (though we would ask customers to deposit them in racks)
Emily
01:00:29
Thanks Mary Beth!
Scott
01:00:47
don't need debate on it now -just keep on considering as you develop

01:08:04
Elizabeth, if they're just coming and picking up, I would say they would not count toward your 10-patron limitation. I think the same is true for people doing curbside pickup of your wine. If they decide they're going to stay and enjoy there, then they count.
