LAPL has a monthly radio show in Persian on KIRN 670 AM, called "Quotation: On Air with LAPL" to expand library services to Persian speaking communities of LA and socal (the radio channel has +800K listeners). The program is focused on author talks and book discussions. I have hosted authors from US, Canada, France and England in this show, so far. I has been running for more than 1.5 years.
